I’m Harrison Earl – thanks for learning a bit about me.

I grew up in California and went to college at Washington University in St. Louis. I studied business and political science and had my first chance to get involved in political campaigns, volunteering at the 2004 presidential debate between George W. Bush and John Kerry.

After college, I went to work for Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas for six years, before following my now-wife to Colorado as she continued her medical education. I worked for the City and County of Denver at the Denver International Airport until 2020 when I transitioned to being a consultant working with airports and airlines at Crawford, Murphy and Tilly.

For the past five years, I’ve been a member of Longmont’s Airport Advisory Board that provides recommendations about the Vance Brand Municipal Airport to City Council. I’ve served as the chairperson since 2020. During my time on the Advisory Board, I’ve learned how to conduct effective public meetings and engage with stakeholders. Under my leadership, the Advisory Board has pushed forward items like a Sustainability Resolution, new airport development, and a renewed focus on outside funding sources that bring economic benefit to Longmont.

My wife, Elisabeth, and I moved to Longmont in the spring of 2017 and settled into the Quail Crossing neighborhood in Northeast Longmont. Elisabeth works as a family medicine physician at Salud Family Health Centers where she sees patients from across Longmont of all ages, races, and genders, providing primary care as well as obstetrics, labor, and delivery care.

Together with our Goldendoodle, Max, Elisabeth and I love exploring Longmont’s parks and trails, and sitting outside on a restaurant patio on a nice afternoon. We’re often walking around Stephen Day Park or along the Spring Gulch #2 Greenway. If you see us, feel free to stop and say hi and chat. Or reach out by email or social media, I’d love to connect.
